Ingredients 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) campbell’s® condensed cream of mushroom soup (amount divided in recipe steps below) or 98% fat. Directions step 1 combine ground beef, egg, panko bread crumbs, onion, and 1/4 cup cream of mushroom soup in a large bowl. Cook the burgers until browned, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Form patties and brown until done. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce (or cream of mushroom), onion, brown sugar, worcestershire, and mustard. Pour sauce over patties. Directions brown hamburger patties in large skillet or electric fry pan. After hamburger is browned, drain excess grease. Combine soup and milk, pour over hamburgers. Peel and quarter potatoes and add to meat and soup. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Simmer covered 30 to 45 minutes or until.
