Instructions preheat oven at 325°f. Spread 2 tablespoons applesauce on the ham. Place ham in prepared shallow baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Add the sweet potatoes, baste with the sauce. Bake for an additional. Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Spray a 9×13″ glass baking dish with avocado oil cooking spray. Add half of the sliced sweet potatoes. Add half of the chopped ham pieces. Dollop half of the sauce over top of ham. Put remaining half of the sweet potatoes over top of the sauce. Stir in 3/4 cup of cheese and the ham.
