In a large bowl add ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt black pepper, dried onion mix ,and worchestershire sauce mix well form into patties of your size. In a large skillet heat, 1 tsp of oil add the patties to brown about 5 minutes per side. Directions spray skillet with pam. Place over low heat to warm.

Turn patties over and reduce heat. Add onions to skillet and cover. Mix 1 pound ground beef with ⅓ cup bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons ketchup,1 teaspoon mustard and worcestershire sauce, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder. If not doing the onions, then add ½ teaspoon onion powder. Sprinkle patties evenly with 1/4. Step 2 add remaining 1 teaspoon oil to pan; Sauté 3 minutes or until lightly. Fry the patties 4 minutes each side, then remove patties to a platter. Heat oil and sauté onions until translucent, about 10 minutes.
