In a small saucepan over low heat, cook the chocolate chips along with the whipping cream, stirring constantly. Continue to cook while stirring, until the chocolate chips have melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove the sauce from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Serve the sauce warm or cooled over dessert or ice cream.

Ingredients 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips ⅔ cup coconut oil Stir in black cocoa until fully combined. Allow to cool for 5 or so minutes to lukewarm. Spoon over cold ice cream. It will harden quickly as it cools. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and coconut oil together over very low heat just until melted, stirring con stantly. Drizzle over ice cream or sorbet ~ enjoy! If you prefer, you can melt the chocolate and coconut oil in your microwave. Use 50% power and stir every 30 seconds.
